The other day I went around in circles in a foreign city, insisting I was right. It was a half hour that could've been spent on better things, but there was a lesson that had to be learned: When you feel lost, admit it. Admit that you missed a turn, missed something, made a bad call somewhere, made a mistake. Admit that you were wrong.

Then head back to where you started and figure it out all over again. Retrace your steps; look closer. Stay calm. Believe that the second time is bound to be better. You'll know the way to go.
